Partners In Excellence is a premier autism therapy center providing autism therapy services to children ages 1-10 in a healthcare setting.  The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an entry-level position.  The DSP must successfully complete the necessary training needed for this position.  The DSP provides individualized, evidence-based practices directly to clients.  The DSP is expected to consistently provide high quality services that place the highest priority on an ethical regard for the best interests of the client. 

The EHR System Administrator position is the primary contact for daily operations, administration, configuration and ongoing use/development of Partners electronic health record (EHR)/electronic medical record (EMR) system and other software applications within the organization.  The EHR System Administrator is responsible for orienting, training, and assisting staff with software programs, troubleshooting errors, testing code updates, reviewing metrics, and working with stakeholders to continue optimizing these systems for excellent user experience and clinical/billing performance.  The EHR System Administrator is the primary contact for staff questions and issues and acts as a strong resource and model of customer service.

The Mental Health Professional (“MHP”) provides general clinical services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families served by Partners In Excellence. The MHP provides supervision to all employees and activities related to the delivery of services in the clinical program.  The MHP puts into practice the Mission Statement of Partners In Excellence.
